·        How accessible is a particular technology for learners?
It can be available in the super market .They can buy it and it is available in many prices it depends on the quality of the device
·        How flexible is it for a particular target group?


It is very flexible it contains simple buttons and which is easy to use and understand the job of each buttons. Each device contains a book which describes the use of device and some important information like the dangerous condition and the good way to use the device .Also; it includes the website for additional information and any help


Cost

·        What is the cost structure of each technology?
It is cost approximately from 50 R.O to 1000 R.O and more. It depends on the quality of the TV.
·        What is the unit cost per student?
It may cost them 100 R.O




Teaching and Learning


·        What kinds of learning are needed?
Active learning who want to learn by themselves and they able to organize their schedule. Also, they are motivated in learning by TV. Mostly, these learners are responsible for their learning and they would like to learn by visual media.
·        What are the best technologies for supporting teaching and learning in this environment?
The headphone can support the learning by using TV. Also, LCD and video driver are useful.
·        Can the content be adapted to the technology?
Yes
·        What skills does the technology develop?
It teaches the learner to be aware on the time when the program will be broadcast. Also, they can organize their time and try to heard the information carefully from the first time, because she/he cannot repeat the video

Interactivity and User-friendliness


·        What are the organizational requirements to provide stability and support?
It needs to have mobile phone and fax to support interaction between student and tutors.
·        What are the barriers to using this technology successfully within the institution?

Sometimes the broadcasting be late due to the absent of the tutor



  
 

Novelty

·        How new is the technology?
It is not new but it is developing over the time .the last version of it was plasma screen. But it newer then textbooks.
·        What are its technical capabilities?

Speed

·        How quickly can courses be created and distributed with this technology?
Very quickly speed can deliver the information to the learner .When the program is broadcast it can reach learner in any where he or she just need to have TV
·        How quickly can materials be changed?
My instructors can’t control whatever the TV broadcasts but they may will be able to choose whatever useful for the learner from different channels and announce the learner to watch  it when they will broadcasts it.

It can deliver the information and reach audience in wide rang but it is not portable. It helps the learner to learn better .It has the ability to connect with other device to enhance its capability.
